About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Juju-Tech LLC, you'll be the backbone of our delivery platform. You'll design, build, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration systems, and cloud infrastructure that power applications for our enterprise clients. You'll work closely with our software development and cloud engineering teams to create developer-friendly systems that are also production-grade and secure.
This is a high-impact role with broad ownership — you won't just maintain what exists, you'll define what comes next.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) across 50+ client environments
- Build and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and GCP GKE
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Pulumi
- Implement and improve observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
- Establish and enforce GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Flux
- Collaborate with security team on DevSecOps practices and pipeline hardening
- Automate toil and build internal tooling to improve developer experience
- Respond to and lead resolution of production incidents (on-call rotation)
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering documentation and runbooks
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve platform reliability
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production
- Strong Terraform/IaC experience across at least two major cloud providers
- Proficiency with scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and GitOps workflows
- Solid understanding of networking concepts: DNS, load balancing, TLS, VPNs
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex infrastructure to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications (DevOps Professional, CKA, etc.)
- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Exposure to ML infrastructure or GPU workload orchestration
- Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment
- Contributions to open-source DevOps tools or Kubernetes ecosystem
